Every week the chemicals are checked and balanced.
 

• 3" Chlorine Tabs
• Liquid Chlorine (for shocking)*
• Granular Chlorine (for shocking)*
• Sodium Bicarbonate ( Alk... Increase)
• Soda Ash (pH Increase)
• Muriatic Acid (pH/ Alk. Decrease)
• Dry Acid (Alk. Decrease)
• Conditioner *
• Salt (for salt water pools)*
  

*Additional fees may be required if we have to add algaecides, phosphate removers, shock, salt, conditioner, and any other water chemistry agent due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, neglect, pool drain, etc)

* Pricing is for a standard backyard pool. Large sized pools, pools with faulty or rundown equipment, pools that get excessive plant debris or any other debris, and pools that use excessive amounts of chemicals (due to large swimmer loads, high mineral content, ammonia, etc.)  will have a higher rate. All pools will be evaluated to insure proper pricing.

• Weekly chemical service
• Brushing down the sides and steps
• Backwashing as needed *
• Emptying of all strainer baskets

*Backwashing the filter is for cleaning sand and D.E. filters. This does not include a cartridge clean.

Cartridge filters require us to dismantle the filter and hose off each cartridge element until clean. Because of the added work and time involved there will be an extra charge each time the filters are cleaned. This should only need to be done every six months.
